Thursday February 5th between 20:25 and 21.55 you can check out the TV registration of Vrienden van Amstel Live 2009 on Dutch TV, Nederland 3. Voicst, together with Pete Philly and Perquisite, are at the beginning of the show.

2009 is kicking in with some good news! We’re quite honored to have been chosen as one of three Dutch “Ambassadors of Freedom 2009”. Amongst other things this means we’ll be playing four shows on May 5th, Dutch Liberation Day. You can find us (we’ll transported in a helicopter) in Zwolle, Assen, Groningen and Leeuwarden, times to be confirmed. The other Ambassadors are (great) Dutch hiphopper Typhoon, and Ellen Ten Damme together with Isis. Next week we’ll be playing the Vrienden Van Amstel Live in Ahoy, Rotterdam. Expect some interesting collaborations there… If you’d like to be there send, you can, since we’re giving away 2 tickets for Friday 23, Saturday 24 and Sunday the 25th of January. Leave us a comment before Sunday the 18th of January on http://www.voicst.com/contact with the day you would want to come. The lucky ones will be contacted (emailed) on Monday January 19th.
So the 3FM Serious Request auction was won by three brothers. I think we all had a great time in their living room. Check out the footage that 3FM shot of the event here. We think it is fantastic that the whole 3fm Serious Request week collected a record amount of money this year for the Red Cross!
